         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>We think Creating an&nbsp;Effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)&nbsp;should be a good way to maintain the sustainability of organizations. </strong></p><p><strong>Firstly, schools can promote a collaborative team culture to discuss student outcomes, share best practices, and reflect on teaching methods&nbsp;regularly. </strong></p><p><strong>Secondly, they could also use data from assessments, observations, and feedback to inform discussions in PLCs and guide instructional changes.Because data-driven decision making&nbsp;is more convincing.</strong></p>]]></description>
