Since I mentioned I love listening to music, another thing about me is that I love to go to concerts! Whether it be by myself or with a group of friends. This picture of me was from October of 2022 where I attended my first concert by myself! I have been to a total of 7 concerts and music festivals. I love going to these events because they make me feel happy and the feeling of seeing and singing along to a live performance is so thrilling and exciting!

My all time favorite series has got to be The 100! I remember watching it for the first time in the middle of the pandemic and immediately got me hooked in the show. It has a total of 7 seasons and I finished them all! Its the type of show where I can watch it from the beginning all over again and not get sick of it.

Favorite movie? THE MAZE RUNNER! I love dystopian/sci fi movies so much and Maze Runner is definitely one of the movies from the genre I enjoy a lot.

Youtube is a favorite app of mine where I can just watch videos and never get bored! One of the creators on Youtube that I keep up with is Markiplier. He plays video games and keeps me entertained for HOURS! I've been a fan of his since I was a child and he still manages to keep me hooked on his videos.

Why do I like these media? They provide me with entertainment and amusement. If I were to be bored or want a distraction, I go to these medias and they help me release stress and emotions that I feel. I learn a lot from watching and participating in these medias as they also help me become aware of trends, news, drama, and almost everything important on the internet. These media are also the ones who gives me my identity and help me realize what I like and what I don't like. It allows me to be up-to-date on what people are doing, not only for entertainment but also the society and our environment. I consider this as healthy because media helps me with my emotional and mental health. Having a good relationship with media and how to control and navigate it properly can do amazing things for a person. I can be sad and be filled with anxiety one day and have no one to talk to about my problems face to face. But with the presence of media, I can easily be cheered up by watching funny videos or watching my favorite movies. The little moments of excitement while listening/watching/reading something you love is enough for some people to be happy, and that includes me.
