The increased temperature will result in changes in tropical ocean waters. The rate of evaporation from the tropic ocean's water will increase, and so is the atmospheric circulation. The accumulation of these changes will provide the conditions needed for tropical cyclone formation. It is important to understand that these tropical cyclones are not the same as a hurricane. They are weather phenomena/storms where a system of clouds rotate (counterclockwise in the Northern Hemisphere) quickly toward a low-pressure center. Then the number of occurrences will increase throughout the summer (it increases dramatically at beginning of August) until it peaks in September. After the peak, the number of occurrences will start to decrease dramatically until late December when the chance of a storm or hurricane decreases to almost none.
