3) Another popular food is the chimichurri, its a green salsa made with freshly chopped parsley, oregano, onion, garlic, chili pepper flakes, olive oil, and a touch of vinegar or lemon. 

4) Dulce de leche (milk jam) is one of their most popular desserts it starts out as a thick caramel consistency, the condensed milk is slowly reduced until its sweetened and sticky.
