What I'm trying to say is, depending on the text structures you have to expect different things. Like if the text is compare and contrast you would be expecting to get facts  from two different things and maybe make a vein diagram. If you have knowledge about something that may not be correct, maybe it would best to make a categories of former knowledge and then what you learned now. I would really try to find the most important facts in the text too.
