         <description><![CDATA[<p>Cohesion: Water sticks to itself, forming droplets and allowing things like water striders to stay on the surface. It also helps water move through plants and soil.</p><p><br></p><p>Adhesion: Water sticks to other surfaces, like plant roots, which helps plants get nutrients from the soil and supports organisms living on surfaces.</p><p><br></p><p>Surface Tension: Water forms a “skin” on its surface that lets small insects walk on it and affects how water and nutrients move in the ecosystem.</p>]]></description>
