         <description><![CDATA[<p>Why is jump roping a good warm up exercise?</p><p>Jump roping is a good cardio&nbsp;work out that works your arms, legs, and core. It also strengthens&nbsp; your bones and helps improve your balance.&nbsp;&nbsp;It's a great conditioning exercise which increases your heart rate and works your lungs to warm your body up.&nbsp; Jumping rope as a warm up increases blood flow throughout the body which in turn helps prevent injury.&nbsp; Jump roping can be done in a small area with little equipment.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>How many muscles are there in the human body and why are they important?</p><p>There are 650 Striated muscles in the&nbsp;human body.&nbsp;These 650&nbsp;muscles are important</p><p>because&nbsp;without muscles you&nbsp;would not be able to stand, sit, talk etc. What people don't </p><p>often realize is that&nbsp;if they do not take care of these muscles they are shortening their own&nbsp;</p><p>life span. For example as you get older your muscles start to deteriorate. Without regular&nbsp;</p><p>exercise they could deteriorate faster.&nbsp;Resulting in earlier death.</p>]]></description>
