Based on my scoring the communication styles that describe are the Style 2(Process) and style 4(idea).
Process style means that I like proper planning when performing tasks. I plan on how am I going to make the task work and what is it that I need to help me get it right.
Idea style means that I usually like stuff that is valid or proven. Idea people are people who are also creative meaning they think around the box they full of ideas on solving problems rather than just on depending on limited solutions. We were thought about emotional intelligence. That is best managing yourself behavior and feelings, especially when at the work place. EQ basically trains you on how to react well to other people's opinion (flexibility). 
EQ is made up of skills like, Self-awareness, Self management, social awareness and social awareness.
