There are many contributing factors to the success of Olympic athletes. However, for me the first thing that comes to mind is the constant training they commit themselves to each day. In the words of Muhammad Ali, "I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion." As an athlete himself Ali understood the importance of working through the hard parts to make it to what he wanted to achieve his goals. This mantra can be applied too any aspect of life, because without working had you wouldn't be able t achieve what you want the most in life.
