         <description><![CDATA[<div>i think watching the video from ted talks worked very well as it highlighted the importance of relationships with students and how we must build on these as it is not about just simply coming in and teaching a class and then leaving you must connect with the learners that they will not learn from someone they don't like.</div>]]></description>
