         <description><![CDATA[<div>Invite your colleague in the class to observe your teaching pedagogies and reflect on the areas that you have identified.&nbsp;<br><br>Positive points:<br>It will help in the improvement of teaching methodology.&nbsp;<br>It will increase interactions between employees.<br>We would observe our colleague's class as well, which would help us to learn more.<br>It will help us to enhance confidence as well.<br>The peer observer should be clear about the academic environment and students' background.<br><br>Negative points:<br><br>Maybe the peer observer is facing the same problem.<br>Due to professional competition, he can exaggerate the feedback.<br>Observer could be more judgemental.<br>Sometime observer tries to behave like a boss and&nbsp; tries to be professional dominent.<br>May tell your feedback to other colleagues as well and would make fun of you.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
