         <description><![CDATA[<div>We all agree with surrogacy whenever women and children rights are respected and there is no risk for the mother or the child.<br>We think that being a surrogate mother is a free decision that everya woman should be allowed to make.<br>In order to avoid intended parents to go abroad for having a child, surrogacy should be legalized in the western world. Furthermore, governments should equate prices between countries. </div>]]></description>
