Production Manager – Textile & Garment Industry

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the entire production process at our plants.

- Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of orders.

- Develop strategies to optimize production costs and minimize waste.

- Coordinate with different departments (planning, logistics, R&D) to improve production workflow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of textile production processes, materials, and industry standards.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within the textile and garment industry.

- Experience working with brands and meeting export standards is an advantage.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze data and optimize production processes.

- Proficiency in production management software and quality control tools.
