She makes sure to maintain a clean and well-organized classroom environment. Also, she fosters a welcoming atmosphere where all students feel valued and respected. I want to learn from her trial to establish a unique and purposeful environment where students are safe, well-being, and provided with suitable creative resources.</p><p>This leader is characterized by her vision of provoking a brilliant environment that fosters curiosity and promotes lifelong learning among young children.          <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Definition</strong></p><p>Adaptation is the value that is rooted in situational leadership theories, so it is focused on adapting to the employee’s conditions to foster a&nbsp;motivated work atmosphere to establish high-quality performance and enhance organizational goals (Wuryani, et al, 2021). Teachers should adapt to students' needs and set up appropriate plans to provide the best support. It is the ability to alter teaching styles or deal with the evolution changes to alter the quality of your lessons.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Example:</strong></p><p>During my teaching practice, I get exposed to a situation where I should change my teaching style to meet the SEN’s needs. When I was teaching two SEN students had a disorder in communication skills, so they did not interact with the teacher or other students. I used some digital reading activities and asked them to participate, and they responded by being collaborative. During my teaching practice, I collaborated with the librarian to support the SEN students.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Risk Taker</strong></p><p>To be responsible you need to escape from your comfort zone and start to be confident to take responsibility (Ahmadi, &amp; Vogel, 2023). Moreover, gaining experience and taking risks will inspire you to be more responsible toward your team members, because you can juggle multiple tasks at once. To be a&nbsp;risk taker means that you can be confident in doing the right roles, acting, and being responsible to accomplish your goals (Ahmadi, &amp; Vogel, 2023).</p><p>Example:</p><p>In my prior experience in my TP experience, I decided to translate for parents in the teacher's parent meeting. Due to the translator's absence, English teachers in that private school had issues understanding parents who couldn’t understand English. I take a risk by being a&nbsp;translator for the first time and&nbsp;behaving professionally. It was challenging on the first day then gradually I became more confident in dealing with parents and trying to solve their children’s problems and misconceptions.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Definition:</strong></p><p>Volunteer in any available opportunity where you will take action to acquire new lessons. Communicating and dealing with like-minded people in volunteering opportunities will enable the volunteers to share ideas and develop their notions (Thornton, 2024). Moreover, it’s a marvelous opportunity to serve your community, society, and country and also will establish patriotism toward supporting your country (Thornton, 2024).</p><p><strong>Example:</strong></p><p>I collaborate with the librarian teacher to conduct different reading lessons and reading competitions in the school. I volunteer to work with my English teacher to establish the English reading competition. I started to train myself to teach the low-level students I learned how to deal with them, giving convenient feedback, and scaffolding their reading progress. I recognize the key features teachers should obtain to scaffold their pupils’ performance also I learned from different expert teachers in the English field how children be engaged and motivated to enhance their learning experience.</p>]]></description>

She got her bachelor's degree in English literature and translation from UAE University. She worked as an English teacher in different cycles for over 10 years. She also worked as a trainer and a researcher at MOE. She holds two master's degrees: one in education from Deakin University and another in educational policy from HCT. She got her PhD in curriculum and methods of instruction from UAE University. She has published several academic research articles and presented at several national and international conferences around the world. Her vision is centered around inspiring others and enlightening their paths toward success.&nbsp;I highly demand her quote "Encouraging educators to reflect on their practices and outcomes through discussions and self-reflection" It's optimal to have this skill to maintain constructed professional development.</p>]]></description>

Firstly, Dr. Maryam is an influencer in inspiring students to be motivated and engaged via coordinated workshops enabling learners to establish the workshops. Her role as a leader in this position is similar to mine because I as a leader in my class always encourage and inspire my pupils to be active in learning and presenting their work in class.
