         <description><![CDATA[<p>Data collected from Penang Free School (25 students) on 3 Oct 2014</p><p>From the data collected, we noticed that 76.7% of students who took part in this survey installed either incandescent or fluorescent bulbs. The reasons are</p><p>1. It is cheaper</p><p>2. Easier to obtain</p><p>3. It may not last long as compared to LED bulbs but long enough for most family.</p>]]></description>
