• Kuntarekry is a national public sector job search service and recruitment service for municipal employers and wellbeing services counties.

• Duunitori is a Finnish job board and recruiting media

• We have to find a way to convince and demonstrate to the customer that we are the best best option for them to use within this competition which is firmly established already. The plan is to do it in a way where the process is as seamless as it possibly can and even fun if possible for the user to use by implementing some form of games or something along those lines in our application. One of the problems will potentially be a lack of knowledge on the customers end that our application exists, we must find a way to not have our application be invisible, but known to all, especially the people living in Päijät-Häme.

The main task is to close the fact that students and workplaces in Päijät-Häme are living in two different worlds and to be a bridge between them by creating a clear path for having students involved in local workplaces. One big challenge is that many students find it hard to discover career options that are aligned with their strengths and goals, while companies struggle to attract new talent. By creating a sustainable career framework, we aim to address this by designing an innovative and sustainable career framework.

Functional Environment of the Challenge:

Our solution works at the intersection of education, employment, and local industry development. This project builds an ecosystem where Päijät-Häme employers, students, and LAB University of Applied Sciences cooperate with each other to achieve joint benefits.
