For our cinnamon roll business, we use cute name such as “fluffy.cinnamonnnn” on Instagram which will certainly influence people to buy our product because of it cute name. We also design our Instagram business page using variety of pastel colours which is on trend among university students these days. We also use minimalist chain writing with pastel background colour to grab attention from our target audience to buy product from us. This is the example of what we use before launching our product to grab attention from our audience.

As of right now, sweets things was popular among teenagers. Fortunately our target audience was university students and it make a lot easier for promoting our product. Our supplier freshly baked cinnamon roll, with its golden layer dough exquisitely embracing a perfect blend of cinnamon and sweetness and it make us excited to share the joy with our customers. So we took a chance and decided to sell cinnamon roll with variety of flavours which is salted caramel, sugar glazed, cream cheese with caramel, salted caramel with Biscoff and cream cheese with Biscoff which definitely will attract students interest to buy from us.

we also use a real picture of products to put on our advertisement to gain trust from our customer on our product. As we use phrases such as “A Cinnamon Roll A Day Keeps The Bad Vibes Away” means we can invites our potential customer to imagine the sensory pleasure of consuming the cinnamon roll, emphasizing the bad emotional away. Throughout this whole journey of our business, we managed to improve and improve from every batch of our orders. Furthermore, without my teammates Alya, Husna, Afiqah, Nadia and Nasha we would not be able to achieve the profits that we have right now because everyone plays an important role in making sure our business went smoothly. However, as we delved deeper into the business, I realized that navigating the dynamics of a business partnership with relatively new friends required a delicate balance. We encountered differences in opinions, decision-making, and time commitments, which prompted the need for clear communication and understanding. Building a strong business foundation while maintaining and nurturing our budding friendships demanded a high level of professionalism and respect for each other's perspectives.

Reflecting on this experience, I've gained valuable insights into the importance of open communication, mutual respect, and the ability to adapt and compromise in a business setting. Despite the challenges, the journey has allowed us to build a deeper connection and understanding of each other, both personally and professionally. This experience has not only strengthened our business, but also our friendships, and has taught me important lessons about collaboration and teamwork in a business environment.
