The first shot has great light and color, and the contrast between the organic shapes of the trees and the geometry of the building is interesting. This picture leans to the left and should be straightened; I like to use the vertical line closest to the middle of a picture to straighten. I would also crop out the top of the car on the very bottom, since it doesn't show enough of the car to add anything to the composition.

The second picture is an elegant composition, and the soft evening light contributes to the picture. The moon in the shot is a nice addition, and there is good balance in this photo between the different parts of the image. The warm brick contrasts with the cool blue and green. 

The third picture shows the top of the building complete with the lightning rods at top, which is helpful for the composition. The tops of trees on the bottom left and the top right speak to each other across the building.
