Tteokbokki is delicious when it's a little sweet, so I added 3 tablespoons of sugar, but add 2 tablespoons to your taste later!!! When the broth boils down a lot, add additional water. Sweet persimmons or saury are suitable.</p><p>- Peel the persimmon and remove the top.</p><p><br/></p><p>2. Cut Persimmon:</p><p>- Cut the persimmons in half, or into desired sizes. Generally, it is recommended to cut them in half.</p><p><br/></p><p>3. Dry:</p><p>- Spread the cut persimmons in a sunny place and dry them. That's why he established Gyujanggak to develop Joseon's learning and help officials and scholars make better policies.</p><p>Jeongjo also wanted to check the power of his subjects. Several powerful families had great power in Joseon politics at the time, but Jeongjo created an independent institution called Kyujanggak to control it to some extent. In other words, he also intended to lead politics more efficiently through studies and books.Gyujanggak is included in Changdeokgung Palace, so it is said to be sponsored by Changdeokgung Palace, and it is very beautiful. Among them, Buyongjeong Pavilion, centered on the pond, is very beautiful, and it is a photographic attraction in autumn.
