As time when on and teams began to 'discover' the process logic behind scripts and onboarding, we really started to gel - working in Teams was a plus and I think the rapport now is established and valued

As with all things at WJ - documentation is our Achilles heel. We need more - not just with systems but with processes and process change. Documentation updates aligned with change is key going forward.

Not sure if we have miscommunications around Auditing & Contract Accounts Mgmt. but from my seat it does appear as though we did have some challenges with these two items.

Resourcing Challenges

Team's all rallied to help with issues or challenges as they popped up to help get us through these challenges.

Communication

As project deliverables change, there can be downstream impacts - some initiatives may stall or not make sense if aspects of the project fall away.

I think this was especially so with contract management - a lot of hope was put in that deliverable and if we had openly abandoned it earlier, we would have worked with stakeholders on process changes sooner.

I think we broke down some silos and we approach account management as a wider group now.

Impact assessment

I think we may have missed some teams who are impacted by the EIAM work - thinking specifically mobility and the logic and processes of flight crews. Like contractors, there are many caveats and the product owners probably need to be included more often.
