I’d like to say a child’s passion is more important that their GPA, but we have teachers that disagree because it’s GPA and test scores that universities look at. Again, I think this discussion needs to be had in conjunction with Higher Ed. In the meantime - we will continue to value a child’s passion and do our best to link it to their learning.  Furthermore for a discussion later on we need to move from the traditional model of conformity to a model of connections.
