Overall, it is good work and I generally understand what you are trying to explain. You have also used a range of references to help support your writing. However in your video content section there is a spelling mistake where it says "Other brands like Samsung and Google are developing similar technologies like Apple and this cab decrease the market value of the brand." Also in the middle of your infographic 2, there is a capital letter where it is not needed, "Simplicity iS the uniqueness of the brand", and finally, there is a small grammar mistake when you introduce your Apple brand, "and took a loan and sold million of computers" when it should have been either "and sold millions of computers" or "and sold a million computers."

Hello,
My name is Mariana Tudor and today I am going to talk about the situation Analysis of Apple, including the PESTLE, 2Ps of the marketing mix, Product and Price and SWOT Analysis.

PESTLE Analysis focuses on the business tactics of Apple Inc by examining the different factors influencing its processes.

The large amount of cash that is earned by Apple calls for increased corporate taxation on the brand. This is a major political issue. With its headquarters in the US and the increasing tension between the countries with China, the trade wars can hamper the manufacturing processes of the firm.

Economic factors include the increasing labour costs along with the increasing exchange rates in the key markets of the brand (Shtal et. al.,2018).

The social factors include the decrease in the money spent by customers due to changing times and the very less emotional attachment of the customers with the brand that will decrease the sales.

Other brands like Samsung and Google are developing similar technologies like Apple and this can decrease the market value of the brand.

Moreover, the applications that are not supported by iOS also limit the market of Apple. With its paying app, Apple has entered a highly regulated market and the legalisation of the

Apple music and software generates a higher pay for the brand. (Vliert, 2021).

The environmental concerns of the brand include the unsafe disposal of electronic devices that are no longer in use and the concerns of the authorities related to energy used.

The 2Ps of Marketing Mix, Product and price:

The marketing mix of Apple Inc represents how the company matches its business activities to function effectively according to the conditions of the market.

The products of the company are innovative and are divided according to the needs and requirements of different market segments of the brand.
Being a global brand, the product lines are focused more on quality rather than quantity.

The pricing strategy of Apple has always been unique from its competitors.
The brand has always focused on the premium pricing of its products and does not offer any sales to the customers (Wu and Li, 2018).

SWOT is an effective tool used by the brand for analysing the external and internal market for the products and services of Apple.

The high quality of the products and the high-profit margin of the brand due to the high costs are strengths of the brand. (BRM, 2021).

The price higher than that of the competitors is also a weakness of Apple in addition to the incompatibility of the brand services with other brands.

The diverse range of products offered by Apple provides an opportunity to the brand along with its increasing focus on green technology.

The intensifying competition of Apple from the technical advancements in other countries and the decreased reputation due to the tax scandal that the brand had are the biggest threats of Apple. (BRM, 2021).

The Padlet is nicely laid out with an explanation of what Apple is in terms of the products in which the company sells and the history of the company in the way it was initially set up and how Apple has made a profit and making iPhone the most successful phone in the world. I really like the blue background on the Padlet it is a nice colour which goes with the white backgrounds of the text. However, one of the references is missing the date that it was accessed on Brown, N. so it would need to be corrected and infographic one is seemingly missing some citations. But overall it is an great Padlet.
