Costa Rica is actually a pretty healthy country. We have one of the only five blue zones in the world, which are these areas where because of their lifestyle population frequently reaches a hundred years or more. So that is one good signal about our country. But unsurprisingly, one of the major health problems that we face is obesity because our modern lives are so frequently making us sedentary and working in office spaces and in closed rooms, especially under the current conditions, we tend to become overweight.

And keeping a healthy lifestyle is not a priority for a lot of people, especially because they have very busy routines. That being said, it is important to keep a healthy lifestyle, and it's one of those problems that the entire world seems to be facing.
