         <title>Dr, I&#39;m sorry but is there any difference with terms between decompose UPON heating and decompose ON heating? Or both of the terms bring the same meaning? And also, what does it mean by polarizing power? I still couldn&#39;t understand that term which it is in anomaly section of the slides.
