For my community, I have choose work. I am very connected with my job and what I do. At my job we experience many different social changes when manufactures release new products or updates. This community is important to me because I have worked there for several years. As a store and a collective we are all very connected and share similar interests.

When I think of culture in our community I think of teamwork and communication. These are two things we value highly at work. We all share the same values and goals. I think that we generate other micro-cultures between the unique people that work at our store.

Since I have worked at my store for over 5 years now our team has developed in so many different ways. Seeing how our store has evolved has led to so many different experiences and I have learned so much in my role.

Environmental

I think that environmental can be more than just the physical space itself. It can be a place where the atmosphere can really impact the mental and emotional aspect of things. This can also affect how we support one another in the workplace.
