I will tell her that someone beginning to thrive in their career also feels derailed due to certain circumstances that are either within their control or beyond their control, like being a victim of the situation. Similarly, I will advise her to strengthen her faith, take some time to reflect on why she feels the need to be recognized by her peers and superiors, and what she really is after. Then, I will tell her that when tasks become too much to handle for her, she can always seek out help, and that if recognition or acknowledgment seem far-fetched from other people, she could actually give that to herself. She could be the one who taps herself on the back and says "Good job, self! You did well!"


Meanwhile, for scenario 2, I would suggest coordinating with Tharra's other teachers to understand her behavior better. By working together, we can create a plan to support Tharra emotionally and ensure she gets the help she needs. This might involve offering counseling or other resources and maintaining open communication with Tharra to make sure she feels supported and understood.
