My name is Fotini (it is pronounced "fo-tea-nee", but read out really fast), I'm 15 years old and a student of the 2nd Senior High School of Xanthi, where roughly 600 students go to. I have been living in Xanthi all my life, although I'd prefer to live in a bigger city like Athens.
My interests mainly consist of drawing and paintting (any medium is preferable - I do both digital and traditional art), reading poetry and other types of literature, listening to music (folk music, songs with lyrics from poems, foreign music, but also vaporwave, a genre based on '80s hits), hanging out with my friends and loved ones, playing videogames, daydreaming and, sometimes, when time is efficient, other arts and crafts. I am also interested in cartoons, specific comics, TV series, you name it. I'd say I have a rather childish nature.
Although I'm not a social butterfly and would actually describe myself as introverted, I try to talk to people and maintain good relations with everyone - being kind is key. I try to be as virtuous and honest as possible, just as I expect others to be. I have two siblings - me and y family live in the outskirts of Xanthi, where roosters can be heard, trees are flourishing and (sometimes) silence is only interrupted by trains passing by right next to us. Living in Xanthi is great, I am looking forward to making a post about it.
I have been a student of the 2nd Senior High school for merely three months and I have to say I've gotten used to it already. The transition from Junior to Senior was major to me, just like to most pupils, but with the help of friends I am no longer anxious of this change. The new teachers are coomforting and empathetic, showing understanding of our fears ad anxieties. The facilities are decent, too ; ranging from a chemistry lab to a gym. I'm glad to be here!

Some find it silly but I think that video games can give you the relaxation and the enjoyment where you cannot find it elsewhere. Moreover, video games help me forget my daily problems and live in a imaginary world, something you can't do in real life. My last and most favourite hobby is, of course, listening to music. I don't think that there is any kind of person who doesn't like music but there might be people who don't like all types of music. For exampe, my favourite type of music is hip hop or moat likely known as rap music. I love it because most of the songs include of lyrics which are made of difficult life experiences and yet they managed to overcome that.
