Exam na Beginner Friendly, pwede na yung exam is more on sa logic since we do use logic pag nagcocode

Interview na less on the technical side of things or Video na iintroduce nila sarili nila, like anong goals nila ganon and whatnot, kahit 1min vid lang siguro okay na?

how about instead of forms and such, we can use an interactive game (parang ganito pu: https://ooopenlab.cc/quiz/lTHHdoSejfdhPVY0WzRN) tas its all about themselves ganon. kumbaga gaya nung personality test pero may connect pa rin sa org natin since nasabi mo nga ate tina na you want to know yung willingness nila

Form and Exam (kasama na yung programming problem pero hindi yung super hard na tipong no choice sila kundi magchat gpt na lang)

If ever po interview, is it possible to have an alternative interview like hindi synchronous kunwari thru video man

for me #1 keep lang ung standard process pero i think ibaba lang yung difficulty level, especially sa hackerrank part. like hindi naman kailangan super luwag, pero enough na fair siya for all year levels. baka mas okay kung custom-made nalang yung mga questions, para mas appropriate sa background ng applicant (1st yr vs 4th yr diba, ang layo na ng exposure nila).

parang the goal is still to filter, pero not intimidate.
siguro more on makita lang yung thought process nila, yung logical reasoning, kahit basic.

sa interview, more on aptitude nalang siguro, tapos mildly technical — like hindi na yung pa-leetcode, more on “how do you think?” ganyan. mas ma-feel din natin kung culture fit sila, and if willing matuto.

or pwede rin yung sila mismo magchoose ng mini challenge na gusto nila gawin for example basic writing ng codes, designing etc para self aware sila kung saan sila passionate

make the exam less overwhelming and less nakaka-pressure kasi i think isa ito sa mga reasons bakit 'yung iba ay hindi nag po-proceed sa membership process (me na muntik na hindi tumuloy HAWHAHS).

then keep the interview (more on getting to know them + goals and the like sa TPG). we can also give them the option to do a one-on-one interview or video na lang.
