The cartoon was written and drawn by Liza Donnelly, published on Medium.com in December 2014. In the United States, there were an estimated 84,041 rape cases reported to law enforcement in 2014. A report made by the Department of Justice in 2014 estimated that only 34.8% cases of sexual assaults are reported to the authorities. The fact that many cases of rape go unreported could be due to the fear of judgement and not being heard that many sexual assault victims suffer.

They're sitting down on the floor, one of them is holding a doll, and the other one is holding a toy truck, and they look on their faces can seem contemplative, or expresionless. Apart from them, there's no one else in the room. The girls in the cartoon could represent girls from all over the world; girls from the US, and from different countries and cultures, too.

There's also a couch and a TV turned on in front of it. The girls in the image are playing with the toys, which symbolize innocence.

The cartoon is satirical and ironic, as the little girls are presented playing with their toys innocently, and then the caption below states worry for something as wrongful and immoral as rape is. It makes people stop and think about the contrasted situation, how a little girl should be worried about trivial things, not hoping that in the future people will believe her if she's raped.
