I think Henry Ford said a metaphor for how friendship develops. When we first meet each other as a group, we are usually trying to start something, like building a house. If we keep getting together to continue to build houses, we will eventually create a neighborhood. But if we are to stop because we no longer want to build houses, the houses already built will fall down. When we finish the last house, we will create a community based off our teamwork.
