         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is important to empathize with their students to better understand their reality, so they can make choices, as a true reference cultural leaders, they are not conditioned solely from its own point of view, which too often is severely limited. Through this empathic dimension it is unable to have the absolute control of the group class that recognizes the cultural leadership of the teacher, and in consequence cooperate to learn any discipline, without suffering the passage of class hours.</div>]]></description>
