2) Learn how to fill in China Visa Application Form. Soon will learn how to print out the receipt of Visa.
3) Need to tell the customers must prepare 2 passport size photos with white colour background, can't smile, can't wear spectacles and can't wear white colour polo tee. Then, one of the picture is need to send for China embassy while another is paste on the application form. Both passport size photos behind need to write the full name.
4) Then, we need to photocopy passport, have been go to China before and photocopy the latest China Visa, and attach a flight itinerary. If the traveler is a child with age between 1-11years old need to have birth certificate and parent's passport as a proven.
5) Information which I need to write on one of the photocopy passport are:
Follow tour package: address, contact number, tour name and depart date
Just doing visa for business or other purposes: Vreceipt number, single/double entry, contact number
6) Steps of arrangement for submission to embassy:
  • China Visa Application Form
  • Photocopy of passport
  • Latest Visa which has been there & China immigration chop 
  • Flight itinerary (two ways)
7) After done, pass it to Visa department for online key in data and they will send to Penang embassy.

  • See the customer is straight away want to pay for how many person. Count the total amount and enter into the column. Then, choose "TT".
  • After that, press saved. And type each person's total price amount beside the column and click "✔". 
  • If the customers finished make payment, need to give the customers free gift, backpack bag and small luggage. Need to be mention on the BOOKING FORM receipt too. Press "Add" button when done. 
  • Next, need to type out this receipt is issued by who(the person's name). Press "Balance" & "Save" button.
  • Need to back to the outside page to confirm the date which issued, time, and write down the code on the customer's photocopy passport. Must make sure everything are correct then only can print out. Click the printer logo to print it.
  • Printing Steps
    • Click first left up above button
    • It will appear out the settings: change the paper size to 9.5x5.5 & (0.5,1.3,0.5,0.5),after done press OK.
    • Print preview: click "pages", then click OK.

    • Confirm the paper is on the line so that it can tear it out, then press "TEAR" button. Just tear it when finished printing.

  • Need to mention buy this insurance for travelling to which country. This is because different country are under different area of this insurance. There are having Area 1,2,3. 
  • Need to mention,traveling for how many days because different days will have different prices also. 
  • Key in the traveler name, if have some more customers then click "Add Nominees".
  • Then choose this insurance must have 100% protection. 
  • After done all need to key in customer's email address and click four buttons except one button. This is for customers.
  • For company just need to click debit note.

    5. Felt like not so confidence on the Vreceipt payment on computer system. And different China Visa entry have different prices. And the problem I faced is I don't have the price list, luckily Visa department senior staff came back and told me.
    6. But the big problem is I forgot to ask the customers is paid by cash or credit card. I really did a big mistake! Get scolded by senior staff. They scolded me in front of customer. Me keep on apologize to the customers. Because is different prices is paid by card.

    iii) Nett: RM140.66 is the amount which is minus 1.5% from the final amount which added by 2%.
    • After done all, need to record inside Credit Card White Logbook.

    Forget asked about customers' last name & first name because this customer i served today is a malay customer. I don't know how to fill in the form so i need to call and asked her again.

  • Children who are 1-11 years old need to mention how old are they and need to stated their birthday date. For INFANT need to mention birthday date and how many months.
  • Second part need to fill in the prices and count total prices. Fill in deposit & balance need to pay before one month of depart date.
  • Deposit payment: Asia RM2000, Non-Asia RM 3000,RM4000.
  • The sum of deposit paid on that day, the amount must write it into full English.
  • Ask customers want pay by cash, cheque(fill in company name, fill in all, photocopy for paid safe,write cheque number & receipt number) or credit card(photocopy card holder, merchant copy we keep but need to fill the rest card holder number, no charging %). After done, need to write out the customers pay how much for cash, cheque and card.
