         <description><![CDATA[<div>Q1: Comprehension/ text teaching: most of the time asking a lot of "why" and "how" questions. Sometimes, students are not able to find the answers, and I have to try to guide them using keywords from the question to look for the answers in the passage. But sometimes, students just do not know where to find answers or how to analyze the answers.<br><br>Q2: I want to be a better facilitator when students are sharing their answers and opinions by giving enough prior knowledge to them before allowing them to share their opinions.<br><br>Q3: I want to improve on my text teaching, I will plan my questions before my lesson and should anticipate what kind of answers my students will give me; how am I going to ask questions to think about their answers and guide them to the "right" answers.</div>]]></description>

Usage of <strong>5W1H</strong> questioning in Oral, Compo(P6) and Comprehending texts(P2 &amp; P6)<br>- Students need alot of prompting but are able to answer the questions and find out more about the video/text.</div><div>- Students are able to answer the&nbsp; but need alot of guidance in organising answers and expressing their views.<br><br></div><div>2.&nbsp; Being a coach in their thinking. Practise being the facilitator and help students develop their answers.</div><div><br>3.&nbsp; I will try to guide students to develop their compo by inserting guiding questions for each picture in Compo. In guided reading, I will also try to give them higher order questions to develop their thinking ability.</div>]]></description>

I think it will be a great opportunity for students to learn to listen to one another and learn to respect the views of others. I can perhaps do this in my cce classes too!<br>- I also want to ask more of the Level Three questions, connecting to students' experiences so that learning can be relevant and meaningful for them.</div>]]></description>
