1. What are the common views of your male respondents and female respondents.
In the view of females, there should not be a dominant partner, but rather that spouses should be equal and united. Men and women can be effective leaders since leadership is not solely based on gender, but also on a person's aptitude, personality, and leadership techniques. 
There's nothing wrong with expressing the word "I love you" because every person has the right to express their feelings. It is not the woman's fault if she wears revealing clothing because if a man has respect for himself and is able to control his urges, he will never molest, and clothing does not invite someone to rape. Both men and women should be at the forefront of gender issues in order to work effectively and achieve gender equality.
From the male’s view, men should not be dominant, and that both men and women should have equal status in order for their relationships to flourish and grow. Leadership is not based on gender.
 It is proper if the woman says I love you first, because everyone has the right to express their sentiments, and it makes no difference whether the boy or the girl says it first. 
It is not the responsibility of women if they are harassed when they wear revealing clothing because it is their method of expression, and the issue was some people's thinking that if a girl wears a revealing garment, she is persuading someone to do something. It is not necessary that men should be at the forefront of gender issues protection. 
2. From all their answers, do you think that there are still gender gaps existing in the society they live in?
There are no gender differences in their society because all of their viewpoints agree that there are no substantial disparities in leadership, and people live in a modernized world. there are circumstances in which women perform men's tasks. Both genders have the capacity to perform any work, thus, Patriarchy is slowly being demolished.
3. What are your takeaways or learnings from these interviews?
Having a domineering boss or partner can lead to poor morals and a failed relationship. We, each of us, must reconsider our biased assumptions of gender-based duties in order to actualize a society in which men and women may engage together in politics, at work, and at home, and enjoy exciting and happy lives. We must also keep in mind that cultures in which men and women are valued equally are safer and healthier.
