In our group there was Alisha on the guitar, tiegan and Kayleigh on vocals and me on the keyboard. We decided to change the instrumentation and we all tried something a bit different. Usually Kayleigh plays the keyboard and I play guitar but we decided to show off our different skills and showcased it well in this song. We used chords that were popular in the 60s. I played guitar and Kayleigh played keyboards while we both sang. We played our instruments in a call and response as that was quite popular In the 60s.  
The lyrics we wrote and sang were:

we all wrote the lyrics together. The song was based on the riots that happened in Britain during the 80s. It was also about war in general and how it can effect people who don't even want to be involved. 
the chords used were:
AM, F, C , G for the verses and bridge and F, C , G, EM for the chorus.
