Sometimes, this can mean a temporary increase in price during particularly busy periods.. For example, during weekend nights, demand may be much higher compared to weekdays, and it is reflected by the price increase during those hours. On the other hand, if either demand is low or if the number of available drivers are adamant enough, the prices may adjust by dropping below the equilibrium prices.




Advantage: 
1). Dynamic pricing can drive prices in both directions. Businesses can increase the prices to capitalize on demand, but they can also lower prices to try and increase sales. If you put a price drop on a product, this can get the product moving. 
2). Dynamic pricing allows you to analyze the demand curve for each customer. The process becomes easier because the demand curve can more accurately display what minimum and maximum price customers are willing to pay for certain products.
