Well, I said I am good at it, but I am not perfect because sometimes I keep an eye on the clock specially when I am hurry or anxious about something. Another times I just cannot help interrupting the speaker if they say something I disagree with, especially if that makes me angry. But I really try to be polite with the other person, I react to its speech with physical gestures to make them feel understood and I don't check my phone for messages while I am having a conversation. I sometimes check my cell phone messages when I listen. I think about how I am going to respond as I listen. I do not usually listen more to the facts than to the feelings. I sometimes make a note of important information I hear. I wait for the person who is speaking to me to finish speaking to give my opinion and finally, I make physical gestures so that the other person knows that I am listening.
