- trainings for hosting organizations and mentors ( support staff) on their roles
- training sending organizations on how to reintegrate and support volunteers when they are back 
- sending organizations should use the experience of volunteers and make dissemination of his/her experience in local reality
- building-Evs alumni network - through the possibility for ex-Evsers to implement small initiatives (in cooperation with minimum 3 other Evs volunteers). This can be done during annual E+ volunteering event as a session on developing joint projects or as a separate training for those who want to be engaged more into ESC. This also implies small funding for these joint initiatives. It also means that the supporting organization can help volunteers with that
- to make it mandatory for the sending organizations to design the project together with the volunteer
- to train additionally sending organizations because for the moment there are more for hosting and coordinating organizations 
- additional trainings/or introduce some sessions for supporting organizations on how to include young people with fewer opportunities (reaching them in other ways)
- building the network of organizations from different countries that would like to work with young people with fewer opportunities (as not everyone wants to work with this target group)
- Have more emphasis in the OAT and MTM on what is the idea and values of the ESC and solidarity (what is the origin and the core of the programme) - not necessarily calling them European values, but more as shared values - why did Europe create EVS? 
- Volunteering and the impact on local environment - how to improve it - this is the solidarity 
- what is the difference between charity and solidarity - we should explain it
- keep learning to learn - being in charge of their own learning and being empowered as learners - so that people feel very motivated to learn 
- maybe there has to be some coaching added to TEC related to the occupational strand, so in order to have the transition from ESC to the job market
