         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe every student can achieve the best version of themselves with the right tools and support. Students benefit from an environment that recognizes their strengths and promotes their development instead of wanting to mold children to their parents, school system, and social expectations. All students can become adults who can eventually be positively integrated into society with the proper support and tools.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</div><div>Parents, schools, and society have certain expectations from kids, and school counselors have a responsibility to advocate for their student's needs and overall well-being above everything else. School counselors support students through difficult times and different situations. They proactively advocate for their well-being to help students achieve the best possible outcome throughout their academic and personal journeys. &nbsp;<br><br></div><div>In the future, I will establish a school counseling program that will reach all students. It will be designed and structured based on the trends and needs of the school population and society. All areas of the school counseling program will be developed, supported, and improved using accurate data. Overall, the school counseling program will work collaboratively and alongside the school mission and vision without losing sight of helping each student achieve their best version and overall success. &nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong><em>VISION STATEMENT<br><br></em></strong>As a school counselor, I will advocate and be the liaison every student deserves within the school system to help them achieve a better version of themselves. I will work collaboratively with students, family members, and faculty to reach a point of mutual understanding and respect where everyone benefits and is validated while complying with the professional expectations of the school counseling profession. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
