- The trainer was flexible , handling the course with a very clear and simple way, very helpful.

*Teaching Grammar Communicatively Teaching Grammar Skills 
* Fostering students motivation& Engagement 
* 9 powerful ways to correct student's mistakes without Destroying their confidence
- Praise them
-Make sure your corrections are educational
-Giving understandable feedback
- Giving them a model
-It's all about process Not natural ability
-Think about timing
-Consider sandwiching corrections
 - I learnt also more about the correction code and writing symbols and abbreviation next to it.

I liked the idea of cascading, passing knowledge and enlightening colleagues' minds. I learnt effective ways to teach English in the four skills. Eventually, I leant different types of assessment and how to assess students' performance. For me, it is a highly recommended course. As for the trainer, she is very patient, helpful, informative and professional. I liked t her way of managing the online classroom and I wish her all the best.
