In this process the client will use the landing page to contact with the staff then the landing page will forward the client to the whatsapp so he can contact with the staff then the staff will show the user the offers that they have during whatsapp chat then the user will see if he is going to choose an offer or not if he know what he need he will upload the payment document and send it to the staff using whatsapp. the staff after that will check the document and if it is correct they will ask the client to upload the material if not they will tell him that something wrong . if after they will receive everything correctly they will ask the user to upload the material so the client will upload the cv material using whatsapp after that the staff will start writing cv manual and keep hardcopy if the user asked them to send then after they finish they will inform the client that they already finished and he can download the cv

At this process at will start at the client stage  so the client will upload the payment document that prove that he already paid for the system after that the system will send a notification for the staff that there is a client already paid the fees to do a cv after that the client will upload a pdf file or text file with his characteristics and the features what he has. And then the client will upload the certificates what he has like courses certificates  and  bachelor and so on . he will upload that for the system after that the staff will see or get a notification from the dashboard after that the will download the material and then start the writing the cv and then they will upload the cv after finishing it to the system then the system will send a notification that his cv already done to download

c-the staff can send a notification to the client through the system asking to upload the materials again 

In this process . it begins with the clients , he will choose the way that use to chat with the system weather using the social media or using the chat channel for the system . so if he is going use the chat of the system the system will get the expected questions from the database and show it the client and if he is going to use the social media and he will talk with the boot at the end the boot will send the link of the website to the client then end . if the client the client ask  a new question then the chat will see if the question is in the database if not he will direct the chat to the one of the staff . then the staff will answer the questions and send it to the client then the system will send the answer to be saved in the database.

in this process the client has an option to leave a feedback  about the system and the treatment and everything the client used in the system then after that the  system will post this feedback on the website and social media interfaces so that the other people can see the review of the users and also the staff will get a notification from the system that specific user of the cv id had left a feedback or a comment so they can see that and the staff can learn from these reviews.

·         After the client has uploaded the documents and the staff finishes to write the CV (the first draft) he will send it to the client through Whats App, after that the client will download it and check it if he has any comment he will send to the staff using Whats App to make the needed changes and send the new version to review if there is nothing to be changed after the rewiring the client will send notify the staff of that. Lastly, the staff will send the final version which can be downloaded by the client.

. The process Stars when the staff finish writing the Fist draft of the CV and upload it to the system. Then the system will send a notification to the client to check the uploaded draft for any change. After that the client download the document and give his review of any thing need to be changed. Then the system will notify the staff that there is a review if the review contain any improvement suggestions , the staff will re-write the based on the suggestions and upload the new version to the system .If there is not any improvement in the updated version the system will send another notification for the staff to finish the final touches and upload the final version with all the related materials  which is ready to download by the client.   

Business rules 

·   The client got notified when he enter the system or by a email to check the written CV.

·   the reviews cannot be change after submission

· there is limited number of making updates for the CV before getting the final version.

·         In process involves three actors Client, Staff, And system website together with social media accounts.

·         The staff upload the coaching material when the client visit the website or the social media accounts and view this material if the client got interested in this tips he can subscribe to get more customized tips related to what he need, so then System will send him daily or frequently to check the tips.

   Business Rule:

·   the tips should be updated frequently by the stuff so everyday there is at least a new tip posted in social media accounts.

·  The client can get a trial before subscribing .

This URD describes the requirements of GetMeHired System and defines broader view of system relatable requirements. It includes wide range for GetMeHired System requirements analysis and problems around the current system information running and address some suggested enhancements for system to function efficiently. Through discussion and overview of process workflow depicted by Swimlane model to be understandable and to map out system overall business. Requirements elicitation within this URD has been gathered and verified from system stuff and administrators at class time. Furthermore, we had a direct a communication with system management to gain all requirements and document it and it would result in more cooperative and understanding between stakeholders and project members. The intended audience for this URD are the stakeholders of GetMeHired system. 

1.2  Scope 

The software product that is going to be presented to the stakeholder is GetMeHired system. GetMeHired system implements a full-service CV application writing through which stakeholders will be able to gain a Job, and skills that they can be passionate about.

Stakeholders are offered professional resume writing that complies with big-companies standards which will guaranties to get a job at companies that. Furthermore, it presents another merit for the stakeholder which is couching and preparing you for job interview. GetMeHired system will be based on website-based platform that has an interactive interface with user. User must logon to continue to their profile account and check out GetMeHired system offers. Selection of offers will be decided be user and in each package has its own features. Then, user can manage to make payments stuff and verification process. After that, user needs to complete list of requirement of the system such as documents and other user experience and background that could possibly give a privilege for the user in his CV application. 

 

The objective and goals of GetMeHired system is to make Resume application, User skills more outstanding and experienced in its entirety. Furthermore, services should be helpful and fulfilled all the user needs from couching tips and providing materials that can go through for Job search and understanding company’s standards for hiring.
