We, teachers must have the passion and patience for our children or students. Teachers must not be snobbish in sharing their knowledge to their students. Besides, teachers should be an ideal role model in many aspects. We need to portray good values to the students and not negative values or be a bad example. Teachers must also pose the right knowledge on the subject matter. They need to know in and out of the subject matter. A well-prepared teacher get to engage his or her students in the learning process. An experience teacher will be confident and bold in her or his teaching techniques. Learning process in a continuation period for an individual.
