We are currently facing longer check in and check out wait times. We will use structural variables to stimulate innovation. By adhering to a more organic structure it will positively influence innovation. We want to add an express check in and check out to our product line, to improve efficiency. Through effective intra-unit communication helps break down barriers.

2) Driving forces include accepting this change rather than resisting it. The Employees who agree with this change are happy as they will feel less stress in trying to move the line and get people to their room faster. They are aware of the time and efficiency benefits this change will bring around.
Restraining - The number of employees who do not accept this change feel that their job is being replaced, and feel like their skills are being replaced as they won't get as many hours.
We will work around this by clarifying this vision, and outline and list the benefits that will be brought about. We will also work around this forces by implementing it for a trial period and 🤬 the effectiveness.

This demands high trust in leader because when employees don’t trust their leaders, they will not work as their best and they won’t put their job first. They feel lack of innovation from time after time. By applying driving forces, leaders try to understand the current state of your intervention, and what the problems are. It is important to list all the forces regardless of their seemingly small influence. Driving forces are forces acting to move the current state towards the goal state.
Restraining forces is a company that tells employees what you should do or what you must do. This is a kind of compulsory thinking and strength, but such restraining forces sometimes easily cause employees to be dissatisfied. If my company needs to introduce a new product, I will implement some internal welfare policies in terms of driving forces, such as the priority of employees, which can also be regarded as an incentive. In terms of restraining forces, I will take compulsory measures, such as listing some rules and regulations, indicating that this thing is determined by the company, and employees do not have the power to decide this matter.

What benefits will the customer get from the new product? What are the targets for this new product? What are the awards for staffs who reach the target? In parallel, the manager will the teams about the restaurant’s background renovation, and a number of other items need reviewed, such uniform for the promotion. In addition, customers will be attracted by the innovation of the restaurant as well that will lead the number of them increase during the promotion.
2. When a restaurant adjusts changes; it needs everybody to cooperate and follow in fluently. However, some staffs find it hard to change and they might take longer time than others to adapt the changes in restaurant.
Many employers want to guide employees in the right track to enforce them work efficiency improvement. This evaluates the net impact of all forces that influence change.
