Precise, clear, quick and secure communication is necessary in today's healthcare. Taking the best possible care of patients today requires collaboration of a multi-multi-disciplinary team.  Virtual reality is used in a patient's care to alleviate the pain and suffering. It is also widely utilized in academics to create a real time environment for student's practice. Simulation is quickly becoming the forefront of medical education. Being utilized in medical and nursing schools, simulation is a quick, easy way for students to work through scenarios prior to real-life patient care. Gaming technology is being utilized in education as well. As an alternative to traditional in class setting, hospitals are incorporating e-learnings with use of games to achieve annual competencies.
