         <description><![CDATA[<div>The inability to receive support is a trauma response. <br><br>Your "I don't need anyone, I'll just do it myself" conditioning is a survival tactic. You needed it to shield your mind and heart from abuse, neglect, disappointment from those who could not or would not be there for you.<br><br>Ultra-independence is a trust issue.<br><br>You learned: if I don't put myself in a situation where I rely on someone,  I won't have to be disappointed when they drop the ball - because they will always drop the ball sooner or later, right?<br><br>The good news is trauma that is acknowledged is trauma that can be healed. <br><br>You are worthy of having support.<br>You are worthy of having a true partnership.<br>You are worthy of love.<br>You are worthy of having your heart held.<br>You are worthy to be adored. <br>You are worthy to be cherished.<br><br>You are worthy.</div>]]></description>

This relates to induvudualsim because we see how people independent are, yet this is kinda different as those with truma are scared while others usually are selfish, independence can be both good and bad. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ultra independence is a trauma response is because you're afraid of being controlled, disappointed, or some kind of neglect towards you. Ultra Independence is just isolating yourself from others, forcing yourself to work by yourself. Individualism is where you prefer to be alone but you're open to the idea of having others help you. In my opinion, I believe independence is not a good thing because it's always better to work together.</div>]]></description>
