When I started to jump back, I bended my arms and hit my back. 

How does this relate to the theme?

I started walking down the steps and tripped over my laces which then, I rolled down the steps face forward and hit my face on the hard ground.

Once I was standing on a stool and my sister told me to get off because the stool was old, but I didn't want to because I thought I knew what I was doing, but then I tripped while grabbing a glass plate. I almost hit my head and the glass shattered everywhere.
