Something I enjoy doing is making edits of videos like sport highlights or certain movie scenes . Editing takes alot of patience which is something I struggle with but since I enjoy editing so much I do it anyways .

National Day Stall

During the day of national day , me and my group had created an amazing stall which offered the activities of trying to hit the targets by shooting a ball and trying to land a balloon inside of the box . By completing these activities successfully we would award prizes like chips and juices .

As a hobby I play cricket , my favorite sport . Usually every weekend I go play with my friends which I enjoy doing a lot as cricket is a sport that my country (india) follows with passion so being able to play it with my close friends feels special .

Today for service we got into groups of 4 and created our own resort but here we had to make sure it was sustainable so we created a PowerPoint listing how we have made our resort sustainable and as you can see we named it the Tengoku Resort as we based it in Japan .

Musical Theatre - 22.2.24

For creativity we sang and danced to lyrics with everyone doing it together . We learned some choreography and mixed it while we sang the lyrics which is similar to the Hamilton performance . The song we sang was footloose and we had to dance according to its count/beat .

Reflection Questions 1 & 2

-The event I have chosen to reflect on is- dodgeball. I found dodgeball to be pretty fun as throwing a ball at people can never not be fun and the fact we could earn points for your house while having fun was what made this even appear in a different light compared to the others .
-Before we started this event, I thought…- that I was gonna absolutely hate this day but I realized I didn’t absolutely hate it but I did hate this day . CAS Day has never appeared “fun” in my eyes but if I had to like it I would only look at the fact that we get to skip lessons otherwise CAS Day has been dull and boring.

Dodgeball - 22.2.24

The “activity” part of CAS Day has always been fun and the only good part of CAS out of the three . The dodgeball tournament today gave us an opportunity to score points for our house while having fun which the having fun part can be quite rare on CAS days in general so I definitely enjoyed this activity .

-When this event was over, I felt in the middle because in this CAS Day I hated the “Creativity” part and the “Service” part but I particularly liked the “Activity” part as playing dodgeball is a much better alternative than making a presentation or dancing and singing .

-One thing I learned about myself from completing this event was- Im a good presenter but I’m a terrible dancer and a decent singer which is something I like to think but realistically I hate singing so I wouldn’t mind being bad at singing aswell.

Golden Ticket - Star Of The Week

In memory of my late grandmother, I handed out samosas and milk to some of the labors in my community as our grandmother was a person full of kindness so to cherish that memory of her me and my family also showed an act of kindness .

My overall review of today is a quite positive one infact , all subjects were interesting to learn except 1 or 2 but that is just my personal opinion . One subject was way more appealing to my eyes then the rest as that subject was the one which I felt fitted my career choice the most .

Two potential subjects I can choose (although I have only one) is probably Business and Enterprise . Business felt like it was the right and obvious choice for me as it made me feel that I could benefit from it the most than the rest as I want to work in a career which includes the business aspect of it . Enterprise seemed more enjoyable than informative to me as it’s basically us applying our real life knowledge and creating products to sell ourselves which seemed very fun to my eyes .

The other subjects didn’t feel like it was the right fit for me as it went in a direction which wasn’t going towards for me and my career choice .

Today was a good day as it developed my already made choice . I wanted to choose business and today had just made me want to choose it more because it heads in the exact direction which can benefit me for my career choice . I now feel I am totally read to make my choice and don’t need any more information as I am certain that Business is the one for me .

UAE Drama Performance

For national day , me and my group of about 12 people constructed a performance representing the unity of the seven emirates of the uae to represent what this country is today because of that event of them coming together . Our performance was not up to the mark like the others but still pretty good .

I felt accomplished and creative today. Building the tent and planning the camp trip was practical and engaging, while using the map tested my navigation skills. The TEDx presentation let me explore an important topic, and drawing my self-portrait felt like a unique way to express myself. It was a well-balanced mix of learning, problem-solving, and creativity.
