Many people of color to this day can't get where they want to be, because of the grandmas, and grandpas where stuck in the same place for a long time. This makes it very hard for their young kids to improve their lives.

I think its for  young colored adults yes because most colored people are born with less fortune. Young people color also most of time live life of a struggle or have older generation that have been stuck with the same life.
