Drag is made up of two types of forces: tangential (tangential) friction forces that run parallel to the body's surface and pressure forces that run perpendicular to the surface. The drag force is a dissipative force that always opposes the body's velocity vector in the medium. It is a part of the total aerodynamic force, together with the lifting force.<br><br>The drag force is commonly expressed as the sum of two factors: zero-lift resistance and inductive resistance.
