         <description><![CDATA[<div>When you are mindful your mind really starts to relax and takes you places you have never been before. Your mind really all starts to come together as one and you can really start learning more about yourself. While practicing being mindful your body as a whole really starts to feel different. I noticed that I'm always calm now and just very relaxed. As well as my spirit goes something has sparked in me to become a better man and help others at all times. I believe all of this is happening because I'm practicing being mindful.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One thing that I have done that has made me become very mindful and has helped me as a whole is meditation. This practice really allows me to calm down and find out who I truly am as a human being. Mediation doesn't only help my mind it helps my body too because the body kind of takes it as a resting period as well.</div>]]></description>

All you have to do is being aware of what you are about to eat and how it taste and where it comes from. Just little things like that. Another thing you can is just take a walk and think about everything you see. Last but not least you can always just lean back onto meditation.</div>]]></description>
